[Sly's Dilemma]

Great work. Though very simple animation, the expressions are greatly shown in the characters. Man, I remember playing this game when I was little...fun times...*sigh* Great representation of what every person playing this was going through...

Funny how you didn't mention the ability to rotate the heads in the bottom corners with the dual joysticks during video chats.

Subtle!

Great movie yet again! Though it may be fast-paced and at times a wee bit annoying, but I like some of the subtle things you did in there! For example, when you listed characters that were "confirmed" for Brawl, you also mentioned "Homestar Runner! Confirmed for Brawl!" I also liked how you added "Brawl in the Family" as one of Brawl-related shows.

9/10 for this one and a 5 outta 5!

No, seriously. This was a prett decent flash. There were some things that bothered me, though.

Nick's a good voice actor all right, but he's not the guy to do a black voice.

Also, during some parts, there were two bodies of text overlapping each other. What's up with that?

Otherwise, it was pretty decent, but have to give you a 6/10 and 3/5...sorry...

[Grand Prix Ultima Volta]

Though an interesting concept, I found this game incredibly difficult to play. As I was going along the course, I got very dizzy. Without any outlines or shading, all the curved walls and straightaways began to blend together and I lost a sense of where I was.

The camera was also very...iffy. I was unable to make clean turns mainly because my car would drift to the right of the camera and I was unable to see the road ahead of me.

It was fun for the time that I played it, but I can't say I'll play it again. It makes me too dizzy and disoriented.

I got way too used to this game, so i can´t say that i experienced something like dizziness.
BUT ! I´m sure there are other people, who might experience the same or already experienced the same.
So no excuses here, i didn´t add shading or outlines to the scene because of the filesize (its all vector graphics), but i could have done some outlines and shading for the road and the walls. So i will add this point to the "must do" list for the sequel. Thank you very much for playing and reviewing.

A Great Game?

This is what looks like a great game! The graphics are beautiful and the music is quite gorgeous? The only problem is that I can't get past the menu. So, as noted in the author's comments:

[Aidan's Wonder mini demo]

Great! A few glitches, though...

I love the hand-drawn style of this demo. It kinda reminds me of the game "Gretel & Hansel."

I, like many others, though have found a few glitches.

The first play works pretty well, but after replaying, the game acts as though you've already put your toys away, even to the point of leaving the window and chest open if you did so during the first play. I am also able to open the door without knocking off the doorknob. As I open the door, though, the knob seems to just levitate in midair. In other words, I'm able to leave without cleaning my toys or consciously destroying the door.

I hope this goes into consideration as you contintue to work on this amazing game! I hope to see the finished product in the future!

Thanks for the comments! I've realized what the problem is for the most part, simply a matter of resetting variables. The full game will undergo much more rigorous testing.

Brilliant song! I love the little nuances in there, it just a nice refreshing adrenaline rush! It's amazing how you have transformed a simple 8-bit song into something much, much more. Hope to see more in the future!

This one, unlike "Baked Beans" is kinda plain. It's not as full as it should be. But then again, if there was anything else added to the music, it would sound like nails against a chalkboard, right?!

Coloring is iffy...

You know, for a more realistic take on one of your character, the coloring still seems anime-ish. Maybe it's just me, but this drawing looks too shiny...

Putting that aside, this is a great piece of work!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Brilliant. Iike how all the colors, regardless of what color, all flow into each other. The beautiful Photoshop paintbrush effect gives this piece of work a lovely serene feel to it. Keep up the good work!
